  1. Click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page
  2. Enter your registered student email address
  3. Check your email for password reset instructions
  4. Follow the link in the email to create a new password

If you don't receive the reset email within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact the IT helpdesk.

To update your contact information:

  1. Login to your student portal
  2. Navigate to 'Profile Settings'
  3. Click on 'Edit Profile'
  4. Update your contact details
  5. Click 'Save Changes'
